Cell Storage
For small laboratories with inadequate equipment, unstable power supply, and insufficient preservation conditions, we offer a special entrusted storage service. For publicly deposited samples, no preservation fees are charged, and samples can be retrieved at any time, providing an economical, safer, and more convenient solution.e.
Application
The entrusted application will be reviewed (relevant information, such as mycoplasma detection data, is required), and acceptance will be determined. If there are no issues, a mutual agreement will be signed.
Payment
Upon signing the contract, payment will be made according to the agreed terms.
Shipment
The depositor will send the original agreement along with the cell samples.
Quality Inspection
Additional fees will apply if quality inspection is required.
Preservation
Samples will be adequately preserved using liquid nitrogen or other effective methods. The cell storage period will not exceed the duration specified in the contract.
Extraction
If the depositor needs to retrieve the cells, a 3-working day notice is required in advance.
