Service description

• Customers can select cells from our library, and all cells will come with product datasheets.
• We can provide cells either in a revived or frozen state, according to the customer’s requirements.
• All library cells undergo mycoplasma testing and clearance.
• If customers provide their own cell lines, we can offer frozen or actively growing cells along with relevant information (cell background, culture details, viability testing, mycoplasma detection, etc.). Frozen cells can be shipped with dry ice, and actively growing cells in T-25 flasks filled with culture medium.
• The cell culture service itself provides images of cultured cells (in cryotubes) and does not include follow-up experiments. For subsequent experiments, we can provide corresponding experimental reports and products as needed.
